Forms We use just a few simple and easy to complete necessary forms for several reasons. 1. Forms and documentation are necessary for all parties in the transaction of fire trucks, such as maintenance logs, vehicle condition disclosure forms, and other agreements. Forms and documentation are necessary for later uses with insurance, ISO and for many other reasons we all know. Those who say no paperwork, no forms and no contracts are necessary are either not being completely honest, or they do not know what they are doing, other than trying to make a huge fee for nothing. 2. We are professionals and we try to make the process of buying or selling a fire truck easy to understand, follow and complete. Using forms makes the process and facts disclosures relating to the sales transaction to be absolutely transparent. Beware of those, who do not use forms and do not keep, maintain, or share documentation for confirmation. 3. Using our simple forms saves the buyer, seller and us a lot of time, efforts and money; because all of the information needed for the transaction are on our easy to follow and quick to complete forms. 4. Buyers, sellers, and we need to keep documentation regarding the transaction for many reasons. This is certainly true where the buyers are financing the purchase of the fire truck. 5. Buyers and sellers who refuse to complete forms are not serious, or they have reasons they are reluctant to put things into written documented form. Don't buy a fire truck from or through anybody, who doesn't have forms and documentation. Buyer Forms: 1. Free Services Request: This very simple form authorizes us to use our forms, research tools, and processes to help the buyer and to also bill the seller for our expenses and costs. We do this so there are no costs to the buyers for our services. As a buyer and with this form, if you find a truck elsewhere, we can still help you with confirming the condition and value of the new or used fire truck you are considering. It also authorizes us to help you locate the right fire truck for you and provide you with all of the decision making information you and your truck committee needs to make the right choice. We absolutely need this authorization, if you wish to obtain financing, because this is required from us and so we don't need to charge you any financing administrative fees for these services either. 2. VFD Profile: (Optional) This gives us more information about your fire department and community, to better serve you. It also contains information needed, if you are needing to finance your new or used fire truck. Seller Forms: 1. Fire Apparatus Condition Disclosure Sheet: This form gives us and the prospective buyers more information about the condition of the fire truck you have for sale. It also gives the buyer confidence that you have nothing to hide about the quality and value of the fire truck you are selling. 2. Marketing Agreement: This form clearly shows that our fees to cover our costs are the lowest found anywhere. We put this into writing! Other dealers and brokers charge twice as much and provide less than 1/2 of the service to you and your prospective buyer. We need this form for our records and notably if we also finance your buyer. All of these forms are simple to complete, sign and send to us. So, please do so today. The faster you do this, the quicker you buy or sell your used fire truck.
